YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSON CONCERNED

You are entitled to obtain information about the personal data processed by us in accordance with Article 15 of the EU-GDPR.

You are entitled to the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 16 of the EU-GDPR.

In accordance with Article 17 of the EU-GDPR, you are entitled to the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing is necessary due to one of the following circumstances:

- in the case of legal claims (exercise/assertion/defence)

- in the event that a legal obligation must be fulfilled

- in the case of exercise of the right to freedom of expression / freedom of information

- on the grounds of public interest.

In accordance with Article 18 of the EU-GDPR, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data stored by us if one of the following criteria is met:

- You reject the deletion of your data in the event of unlawful processing

- You still need the data with regard to legal claims (exercise/assertion/defence), whereas we would actually delete them because we no longer need them

In accordance with Article 20 of the EU-GDPR, you have the right to request a file containing your personal data stored by us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Furthermore, you are entitled to transfer this file to another responsible entity/person.

You have the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the EU-GDPR. For this purpose, you may either contact the supervisory authority at your place of residence, company headquarters or place of work, or get in touch with the above-mentioned supervisory authority responsible for this website. COLLECTION OF GENERAL INFORMATION WHEN YOU VISIT OUR WEBSITE

As soon as we have fully completed the process (or implemented any resulting contract), the data will be restricted for any further/other processing. After the expiry of possible retention periods due to provisions of tax or commercial law, the data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to its further use, or unless we reserve the right to make further legally permissible use of the data in accordance with this data privacy statement.

 

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING BY THE RESPONSIBLE ENTITY AND THIRD PARTIES

We process your personal data only for the purposes mentioned in this data privacy statement. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those stated.

DELETION OR BLOCKING OF THE DATA
